When you click on buy now, add to cart or checkout you will be re-directed to the outside company we use for order processing. You will again be re-directed to the PayPal secure server for processing payment.


This site contains links to other websites. Their inclusion cannot be taken to imply any endorsement or validation by us of the content of the said website. The Celtic Shop is not responsible for the privacy practices nor do we accept any liability in connection with the content of such websites.


If you make a purchase online but change your mind either before dispatch or once you’ve received your order, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel your contract (purchase) provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your order.
To cancel your order please contact us on 01788 311415 or by email to including your name and order reference number as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, if we have already dispatched your order, we are unable to cancel it, and you will be liable for the cost of returning the unwanted items.
Items that are personalised or made to order cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and are excluded from our returns policy.
Please obtain a certificate of postage (free from post office) and retain this until your return has been fully processed as lost parcels cannot be refunded without proof of postage.


You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or if the goods have been lost in transit by providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage certificate from the post office)
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.


We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty products: The product(s) has/have been personalised, made to order or customised in any way. The packaging or any of the individual product components, has been unsealed or damaged. The non-faulty product does not arrive in a resalable condition.


We will not usually confirm that we have received your returned parcel unless requested. Upon receipt of your items it may take up to 14 working days to process. Refunds will be made back to the payment method used to make your purchase. Refunds can then take up to 5 working days to appear in your account once processed.

Refunding the cost of delivery

We will refund the basic delivering costs for delivering the goods to you, but if you opted for enhanced service eg guaranteed next day, only the basic delivery costs will be refunded

Refunding the cost of return delivery

Return postage is the customers resposibility we will only refund the basic return postage costs if the items are faulty or damaged.
