If you make a purchase online but change your mind either before dispatch or
once you’ve received your order, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013,

Items that are personalised or made to order cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and are excluded from our returns policy.
Please obtain a certificate of postage (free from post office) and retain this until your return has been fully
processed as lost parcels cannot be refunded without proof of postage.

then take up to 5 working days to appear in your account once processed.
Refunding the cost of delivery
We will refund the basic delivering costs for delivering the goods to you, but if you opted for enhanced service eg guaranteed next day, only the basic delivery costs will be refunded
