Adding Gifts to the Shopping Cart Purchasing gifts is made as easy and simple as possible, by clicking the images or More Details text on the products page opens another window with a larger image and more details of that chosen product, just click on the buy now button next your chosen gift to add that item to your shopping cart, (or use the back text to return to the previous page). once you have added an item to the shopping cart page you have various options:

 you can  use your browsers back button to go back and add more products if required.

if you have added a product by mistake just click on the remove product button below the item description.

Next check your product selection and choose the appropriate shipping method from the drop down menu, your options are:

• UK 1st Class Delivery

• UK Next Day must order by 3.30pm, (Friday orders delivered Monday)

• Europe (EEC)

• Airmail (USA, Canada ect)

• Priority Airmail (USA, Canada ect) see list of countries served below

• UK Next Day (Saturday Delivery) for orders by 3.30pm Friday requiring Saturday delivery

Postage/Shipping Costs and Options are shown on the right of the checkout page postage costs start at only £1.79 for 1st Class UK and are calculated by weight automatically.

Payment and delivery once you are happy with the products selected in the shopping cart you can change the currency by clicking on the correct symbol near the top of the page currently UK sterling, US Dollars and Euro's. when you have selected your currency the totals will change, click on the checkout button this will take you to the checkout page.

On the Checkout page you enter your name and address details (name and address that your card or PayPal account is registered at) below that you can enter a ship to name and delivery address if different from the name and address already entered then to purchase click continue.

After sales, Cancelation and Returns

Cancelling Your Purchase you have the option of cancelling your purchase at any stage of the buying process even when you have passed to the above payment pages.

After Sales Service When you purchase your Celtic gifts from The Celtic Shop you are also going to receive first class customer service, we are a small family run business and strongly believe in giving every customer the same personal service you would receive from a shop. When you purchase your Celtic gift from us you are also purchasing a service, if your chosen gift is out of stock we will either email you or phone you personally to let you know exactly when you can expect to receive your gift and if you wish will offer you a suitable replacement or full refund.

If Things Go Wrong

when on the rare occasion things go wrong, (we are only human and errors do happen, sometimes totally beyond our control) we promise that whatever has gone wrong, be it the wrong product or your gift arriving broken, you will receive the correct item or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund the *full purchase price to you, if notified within 14 days of receipt of goods. PLEASE CONTACT US BY EITHER PHONE OR EMAIL BEFORE RETURNING GOODS, YOU SHOULD ALSO OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTING FROM THE POST OFFICE, goods must be returned at your own expense and be returned in a saleable condition to:
